Troy Cross: Number Go Up

Can Bitcoin really separate money and state? Philosopher Troy Cross offers a grounded answer. He doesn’t expect governments to give up printing money anytime soon, but argues Bitcoin puts a check on endless money printing because people will take refuge in it. He also explains why he thinks academics will be the last to get Bitcoin, after innovators, finance, and journalists.
